南瓜吐司 ; Pumpkim Loaf Bread


今天再战吐司!!!












食谱参考: 月亮的天空

南瓜泥130g

高筋面粉200g
低筋面粉40g 
鮮奶40g
酵母6g 
糖30g
盐1g
鸡蛋30g

牛油40g


做法:
1。除了牛油,所有材料搅至筋性
2。加入牛油,搅至薄膜状态
3。盖上盖,发酵两倍大
4。整形,休面10分钟
7。放入涂油烤盘,发酵2倍大
8。涂上蛋液
9。放入预热烤箱,180度-30分钟~出炉后放在铁架上待凉
