8" x 12" 超大芒果蛋糕 ; Super Huge Mango Cake









Sponge Cake

A:
50g butter
25g Corn Oil

B:
107g Super Fine Flour

C:
5 egg yolks
75g milk
1/8 tsb Salt
1/8 tsb Vanilla Essence

D:
5 Egg whites
100g Sugar
1/2 Tsb Vinegar

1. Melt ingredient (A), add in (B) and mix well, then mix in (C)
2. Beat (D) till stiff, then fold into mixture (1) evenly
3. Pour mixture into 8" lined square baking pan.
4. Bake in preheated at 170 c for 35 minutes
