芝士迷你蛋糕 ; MIni Cheese Cake

在一个无聊的假期,又没有人约。。。只好在家里尝试新食谱。昨晚睡前看见了Bernice's Kitchen 的芝士小蛋糕,可爱极了。在想什么时候要试一试。。。哈哈!恰好今天无聊,可以试一试!







芝士出炉了!
好软呐!芝士的香味配合柠檬实在是超香的!

(食谱来之 Bernice's Kitchen)

糖粉 90g(我减至60g)

无盐奶油 50g

奶油乳酪 80g
蛋液 100g (大约两粒)
柠檬皮屑半个
柠檬汁1大匙
低筋粉 120g
泡打粉 1小匙 
盐少许

做法:
1. 室温软化的奶油打软后加入过筛糖粉略打发
2. 加入室温软化的奶油乳酪搅匀
3. 分次加入蛋液搅匀
4. 加入柠檬皮屑和柠檬汁,跟着筛入粉料
5. 入纸杯8分满,送入预热烤箱180°C 25分钟

南瓜kaya面包 ;Pumpkin Kaya Bread










参考了星厨房的食谱。谢谢星厨房!
我加了鸡蛋!哈哈!南瓜面包还真不错。营养好,味道好!
这次我用了kaya做内陷。味道很好。
偷偷告诉你,我觉得我进步了。。。面包表皮越来越滑。。
面包越来越软。。。^.^ 
棒极了!

高筋面粉 200克
低筋面粉 80克
奶粉 20克
幼糖 30克
盐 3/4小匙
即溶酵母 4克
南瓜泥 120克
清水 80克
无盐牛油 40克
鸡蛋 30克
  1. 全部材料(除了清水及牛油)倒入搅拌机内,慢慢加入清水搅拌成团,清水保留10%,看情况而定酌量加入。
  2. 将面团打至光滑有弹性,加入牛油继续打至克拉出薄膜。
  3. 做第一次发酵60分钟。
  4. 排气-分割-滚圆-松弛10分钟后开始整形或包馅。
  5. 整形后做最后发酵60分钟。
  6. 扫上蛋液。
  7. 预热烤箱180度,烘烤20分钟。

草莓核桃蛋糕 ;Fresh Strawberry Walnut Cake






Recipe from joy of baking
Nice fresh strawberry bread/ cake. 
Stephanie from Joy of baking says it is bread but I felt it is cake. 
Hahaha! Anyway it's delicious, very filling and healthy. 
Very good for breakfast!

113g unsalted butter, room temperature
150g granulated white sugar (I used 120 only)
3 large eggs
260g superfine flour 
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
(I put slightly lesser at 1/3 tsp)1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon

120g sour cream or plain yogurt (I used strawberry yogurt)
1/2 cup toasted walnut, chopped
1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, diced




1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) 
2. Place the nuts on a baking sheet and bake for about 8 minutes or until brown and fragrant.
3. Use mixer beat butter until soften (about 1 min)
4. Add the sugar and continue to beat until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
5. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in the vanilla extract. 
6. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon. 
7. With the mixer on low, add the flour mixture (in three additions) and sour cream (in two additions) alternately, starting and ending with the flour. Mix only until combined. 
8. Gently fold in the dice strawberry and chopped nuts. 
9. Bake for about 60-70 minutes

红豆包 ~ 吞拿包 ;Red Bean Bun & Tuna Bun




这是红豆包 和 吞拿包,外表看起来有点像烧包。。。 哈哈哈!
妹妹和朋友们问我如何混合红豆和吞拿。。。
可爱极了!哈哈哈哈!当然不是啦!
我做了5粒红豆包以及5粒吞拿包啦。。。 哈哈哈!


200g.      Bread flour
50g.        Super fine flour
1/2 tsp.    Salt
5g.           Milk powder

1/2 tbsp.   yeast
50g.          Sugar
1/2.            Egg
110ml.       Cold water
35g.           Soften butter

巧克力香蕉核桃蛋糕 ;Chocalate banana walnut cake





115g walnuts and chocolate 
230g all-purpose flour
100g sugar1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
113g unsalted butter, melted and cooled
6 ripe banana (abt 454g ), mashed well
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
